It is difficult to advise you without seeing your hair in real life as individual hair is unique. The hair stylist will also need to understand your hair texture, so we are not able to advise with photos. You can drop by anytime for complimentary consultation so that our experts can assess your hair and give you more accurate and customised solutions for your hair 🙂 No appointment is needed for consultation.

It will be highly dependant on individual hair, but rough guide will be:

Non-bleach colour: 1-2 hour(s)

Perm/rebonding/smoothening: 3 hours

Colour with bleaching: 4 hours and above

Haircut: 1 hour

Scalp treatment: 30 min-1 hour

Colour and perm can be done on the same day, but it’s not advisable if your hair is dry as it could be damaging to hair if you do two chemical services in a day. You may consult stylist on the day of your service to decide. Our stylist will recommend you based on your hair conditions. Usually, perming first will be recommended and colour can be done 5-7 days after.

It’s not recommended to do so as it can be damaging to hair.

Yes, it can be done. You can refer to full head bundle and upgrade the treatment to smoothening treatment. (Please refer to pricelist)

If you are facing heritage place: You may walk towards the left of it and you will see BBQ Box. Continue to walk towards the left until you see Aloy Thai, our entrance is beside Aloy Thai.

We do accept walk-ins but it’s subject to availability of the stylist on the day. It’s best to make an appointment to secure the slot to do the service.

We will not be able to achieve lighter shade without bleaching if you have dyed very dark colours/black. Please take note that colours that are achievable without bleaching highly depends on individual hair (hair history, hair conditions etc). It’s best to consult stylist for accurate advice.

Usually dark tone is recommended for white/grey hair coverage. Lighter tone colours are not effective in covering white/grey hair.

It’s the most popular treatment at Harts.  It lasts an average of 4 months subject to individual hair, homecare as well as lifestyle.

We recommend you to consult your doctor if you are concerned due to pregnancy.

Smoothening treatment/rebonding: 630 pm (weekdays)/430pm (weekends/PH)

Treatment perm/glamedy: 6pm (weekdays)/4pm (weekends/PH)

Inkrami/silk repair/olaplex/tripe treat : 730pm (weekdays) /530pm (weekends/PH)

Cut, wash and blow : 8pm (weekdays) /6pm (weekends/PH)
